Our second day at sea. Not a lot in the Patter that looked exciting so we spent a leisurely morning getting some pastries at the International Cafe and some fruit from the buffet. Sat by the Terrace Pool while reading/playing Ascension until lunch at the buffet and the afternoon movie in the Princess theater, Ant Man. The seats in the theater are so comfortable and we enjoyed the movie, especially the Thomas the Tank Engine scene.
For dinner I had sesame crusted chicken with a spicy citrus dipping sauce, granny smith & cider cold soup, fettuccine alfredo, and the “Love Boat” dessert. Thad had pineapple with mascarpone, corn and sweet potato soup, and pork with plantains.
Later in the evening we went to the spa pool and swum under the watchful gaze of the Buddha statue before retreating to the hot tub where it was warmer. On a whim we decided to go see the comedian and really enjoyed his show, and finished off the evening watching Paddington on the stateroom TV.
